Before you order
This is a 400–415V twin-phase commercial configuration using two live phases, neutral and earth through the specified 32A commercial connection. It is not an ordinary 13A appliance. A qualified installer must check the dedicated supply, isolation and manufacturer circuit-protection requirements. For commercial kitchens only; the manufacturer excludes residential/non-commercial installations from its standard equipment warranty. Follow the specified cleaning and maintenance programme. Optional accessory or cleaning kits are not included unless expressly listed.
