When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. KitchenLynx reserves the right to accept or decline your order. Your order is not accepted until KitchenLynx confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

Consumer cancellation rights remain available as explained in our Refund Policy; business cancellation requests are subject to the applicable agreed terms. If we do not accept, change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address and/or phone number provided when you placed the order.

Products purchased through the Services must not be resold or exported where doing so would breach applicable law, manufacturer restrictions or these Terms.

Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect when the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. All prices shown on our website are the prices payable by the customer, subject to any delivery charges shown before checkout. KitchenLynx Ltd is VAT registered (GB530522725). Displayed product prices include VAT.

Prices on our website may differ from prices offered by third parties. Promotions may have separate terms and conditions. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion terms will govern.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases. You agree to update that information promptly so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.

You represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide and that you will pay the charges incurred at the prices shown, including any delivery charges and applicable taxes disclosed before payment.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

KitchenLynx remains responsible for your order, including where delivery is carried out by a supplier or courier. Delivery estimates do not exclude your statutory rights or any delivery deadline expressly agreed with us. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the product, supplier, destination and circumstances outside our reasonable control. Our Services, including trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video and audio, and their design, selection and arrangement, are owned by KitchenLynx, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use this website, directly or through a shopping assistant acting on your behalf, to research, compare and purchase equipment. You may retain reasonable copies or summaries of publicly available product information and these Terms for your own purchase records. Except for these uses or as permitted by law, you must not reproduce, distribute, republish, sell or commercially exploit substantial portions of the Services without our prior written consent. KitchenLynx is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. Sales and purchases made through our store are made directly with KitchenLynx. KitchenLynx is the retailer and seller of record and remains responsible for its obligations to customers. Shopify is not the seller of products purchased from KitchenLynx.

We may restrict or terminate access to the Services where permitted by applicable law. You remain liable for amounts properly due for purchases you have made. Provisions that by their nature need to continue after termination will remain in effect.

General guidance does not replace the product information supplied for your purchase. Product descriptions and information provided as part of your purchase remain subject to our contractual obligations and applicable law.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected. KitchenLynx remains responsible for meeting its contractual obligations and providing remedies required by applicable law.

SECTION 18 - INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify KitchenLynx, Shopify and their respective affiliates, personnel and service providers against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, infringement of another person's rights or material breach of these Terms. This section does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

SECTION 19 - SEVERABILITY

If a provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

SECTION 20 - WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it later.

These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference set out the agreement relating to use of the Services, subject to any terms expressly agreed for a particular purchase and rights provided by applicable law.
