Before you order
This is a 32A single-phase commercial model, not an ordinary 13A plug-in oven. A qualified installer must provide the dedicated supply, isolation and circuit protection specified in the manufacturer instructions. For commercial kitchens only; the manufacturer excludes residential/non-commercial installations from its standard equipment warranty. Follow the specified cleaning and maintenance programme. Optional accessory or cleaning kits are not included unless expressly listed.
