Before you order
This model requires a dedicated 220–230V, 50Hz, 32A single-phase supply with an IEC309 three-pin connection. It is not an ordinary 13A appliance. Have the supply and manufacturer-specified circuit protection checked by a qualified installer. For commercial kitchens only; the manufacturer excludes residential/non-commercial installations from its standard equipment warranty. Follow the specified cleaning and maintenance programme. Optional accessory or cleaning kits are not included unless expressly listed.
