Warranty
One-year parts-and-labour warranty for qualifying locations and commercial use, subject to correct installation and maintenance. Scale, unsuitable water quality, cleaning issues, consumables, misuse and consequential losses are not covered. Report faults to KitchenLynx before arranging repair.
Before you order
A suitable potable water supply, drain and fixed electrical socket are required. Have water quality, pressure, drainage, ventilation and access checked before ordering; water treatment may be needed. Plumbing, water-treatment equipment, installation and consumables are separate. Follow the hygiene, cleaning and descaling instructions. The output figure is a rated maximum, not a guarantee at every room or inlet-water temperature.

Delivery and returns
Delivery is for the equipment only. Check the delivery postcode, access route, doorways and receiving arrangements before ordering. Unpacking, positioning, installation, connection, commissioning and disposal are not included unless separately agreed. Standard UK delivery is free at this product price, including standard parcel or pallet delivery to addresses served through our checkout. KitchenLynx absorbs additional supplier charges for standard delivery. Contact us before ordering for remote locations, restricted access or Northern Ireland pallet deliveries so we can check arrangements; this does not change the standard delivery charge. Optional services outside standard delivery are only supplied and priced by separate agreement.
