Warranty
Includes one-year parts-and-labour cover, subject to the applicable supplier conditions and correct installation, use and maintenance. Report faults to KitchenLynx before arranging repairs so we can confirm the authorised service route. On-site attendance and free collection or return carriage are not promised; the manufacturer's standard warranty terms place transit costs on the purchaser. Contact us before ordering to check service arrangements for your postcode. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Before you order
This is a drink mixer. Do not use ice cubes or frozen fruit. Fill the cup no more than two-thirds full and allow at least one minute of rest after every three minutes of operation. Switch off and wait for movement to stop before removing the cup.
Use a suitable stable counter and an appropriate 230V socket. Switch off and unplug before cleaning; handwash the removable parts and do not immerse the motor body or put the appliance or accessories in a dishwasher.
Read section 3.2 for MF4/MF4D in the manufacturer-authored Bar Applications operating manual, hosted by ManualsLib, together with its care and warranty sections. Read our commercial catering equipment compatibility guide. Contact KitchenLynx before ordering if you need help checking a site or connection detail.
Delivery and returns
Standard UK delivery is free at this product price, including standard parcel or pallet delivery to addresses served through our checkout. KitchenLynx absorbs additional supplier charges for standard delivery. Contact us before ordering for remote locations, restricted access or Northern Ireland pallet deliveries so we can check arrangements; this does not change the standard delivery charge.
Standard delivery is to an accessible, safe, ground-level delivery point; if dispatched on a pallet, delivery is kerbside or outside only. Carrying indoors or upstairs, unpacking, positioning, installation, commissioning and disposal are not included. Arrange suitable receiving help and handling equipment, and check the complete access route before ordering. Optional services outside standard delivery are only supplied and priced by separate agreement. Confirm the order-specific delivery estimate before booking installation; next-day delivery is not promised.
Contact KitchenLynx before arranging a return. Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or the law requires otherwise, change-of-mind return transport is the customer’s responsibility and can be costly for bulky equipment; ask us for applicable return-cost information before purchase. See our delivery policy and returns policy for the applicable terms. Your statutory rights are not affected.
