Before you order
This model requires a single-phase hardwired electrical connection by a qualified electrician. Have your electrician confirm a suitable premises supply, protective arrangements and the manufacturer's installation requirements before ordering. Installation, electrical alterations, commissioning and any site works are separate and are not included in the equipment price. It must not be treated as an ordinary 13A plug-in appliance.
Review the supplier's CPD specification and the manufacturer's operating manual with your installer. Check the complete worktop space, safe operating position and access route before purchase. Follow the supplied operating and cleaning instructions, and allow cooking surfaces to cool before cleaning or moving the machine. Any utensils or additional accessories are only included where expressly confirmed in your order.

Delivery and returns
Standard UK delivery is free at this product price, including standard parcel or pallet delivery to addresses served through our checkout. KitchenLynx absorbs additional supplier charges for standard delivery. Contact us before ordering for remote locations, restricted access or Northern Ireland pallet deliveries so we can check arrangements; this does not change the standard delivery charge.
Standard delivery is to an accessible, safe, ground-level delivery point; if dispatched on a pallet, delivery is kerbside or outside only. Carrying indoors or upstairs, unpacking, positioning, installation, commissioning and disposal are not included. Arrange suitable receiving help and handling equipment, and check the complete access route before ordering. Optional services outside standard delivery are only supplied and priced by separate agreement.
