Warranty

One-year parts-and-labour warranty under the supplier's qualifying UK commercial-use cover, subject to the applicable conditions and correct installation, operation and maintenance. Normal wear, misuse and unsuitable electrical or site conditions are excluded. Cover arrangements can differ in remote or offshore locations; contact KitchenLynx before ordering to confirm the applicable service for your postcode. Report faults to KitchenLynx before arranging repairs. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Before you order

Review the manufacturer's operating manual, particularly the MRT600/MRT700 section. Allow at least 250mm clearance from surrounding walls and objects and 500mm above the toaster. Use as a freestanding appliance in a dry, ventilated indoor position, with nearby surfaces suitable for the heat. Do not build it into an enclosed recess or obstruct the cooling air intake.

Use a suitable, correctly earthed electrical supply matching the rating plate. Any electrical alterations must be carried out by a qualified person. Installation, positioning and electrical work are not included. Check the receiving route and available counter space, including the required operating clearances.

Use for plain bread and bagels within the manual's loading limits: slices from 40 × 40mm to 140 × 140mm and no more than 50mm thick. Do not use for coated or fatty products such as buttered garlic bread or cheese sandwiches. Operate under supervision, follow the first-use and preheating instructions, and allow the unit to cool before cleaning or moving. The conveyor and heating area become hot; the cooled outer structure does not make every surface safe to touch.

Read our commercial catering equipment compatibility guide. Contact KitchenLynx before ordering if you need help checking an access, supply or site detail.

Delivery and returns

Standard UK delivery is free at this product price, including standard parcel or pallet delivery to addresses served through our checkout. KitchenLynx absorbs additional supplier charges for standard delivery. Contact us before ordering for remote locations, restricted access or Northern Ireland pallet deliveries so we can check arrangements; this does not change the standard delivery charge.

Standard delivery is to an accessible, safe, ground-level delivery point; if dispatched on a pallet, delivery is kerbside or outside only. Carrying indoors or upstairs, unpacking, positioning, installation, commissioning and disposal are not included. Arrange suitable receiving help and handling equipment, and check the complete access route before ordering. Optional services outside standard delivery are only supplied and priced by separate agreement. Confirm the order-specific delivery estimate before booking installation; next-day delivery is not promised.

Contact KitchenLynx before arranging a return. Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or the law requires otherwise, change-of-mind return transport is the customer’s responsibility and can be costly for bulky equipment; ask us for applicable return-cost information before purchase. See our delivery policy and returns policy for the applicable terms. Your statutory rights are not affected.
