Warranty
One-year parts-and-labour warranty for qualifying commercial use and mainland delivery locations, subject to the applicable conditions and correct installation, operation, cleaning and maintenance. Some remote or offshore locations may have parts-only cover; contact KitchenLynx before ordering to confirm the cover for your postcode. Consumables, accessories, cosmetic damage and faults caused by unsuitable site conditions or incorrect use are subject to the warranty exclusions. Report faults to KitchenLynx before arranging repairs. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Before you order
Installation must follow the manufacturer’s installation and user manual. The manual requires installation by a qualified service engineer from an authorised service company for warranty eligibility; a 13A plug does not remove that requirement. Electrical suitability, protection, bonding and site ventilation must be assessed by the installer. Do not assume a claim of ventless operation or an exemption from local ventilation requirements.
Provide a stable, level support rated for the oven and its contents, adequate front space for hot-food handling, and the clearances shown in the manual. The manual specifies a minimum 50mm above the oven and separates heat sources and open-fat fryers by at least 500mm. Keep the front and rear vents unobstructed, and allow additional access for cleaning and servicing. Indoor commercial use only; the manual gives a +4°C to +35°C operating ambient.
The supplier’s web summary reverses the height and depth compared with the linked drawing: use the 402mm width, 735mm closed-door depth and 608mm height above when planning the site. Check the complete receiving route and packed dimensions before delivery. Installation, positioning, electrical alterations, suitable support and cleaning chemicals are not included.
Read our commercial catering equipment compatibility guide. Contact KitchenLynx with the model and delivery postcode if a manual, connection, access or conformity detail needs confirming before purchase.
Delivery and returns
Standard UK delivery is free at this product price, including standard parcel or pallet delivery to addresses served through our checkout. KitchenLynx absorbs additional supplier charges for standard delivery. Contact us before ordering for remote locations, restricted access or Northern Ireland pallet deliveries so we can check arrangements; this does not change the standard delivery charge.
This is large, heavy commercial equipment. Standard pallet delivery is to an accessible, safe, ground-level kerbside or outside delivery point. Carrying indoors or upstairs, unpacking, positioning, installation, commissioning and disposal are not included. Arrange suitable receiving help and handling equipment, and check the complete access route before ordering. Optional services outside standard delivery are only supplied and priced by separate agreement. Confirm the order-specific delivery estimate before booking installation; next-day delivery is not promised.
Contact KitchenLynx before arranging a return. Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or the law requires otherwise, change-of-mind return transport is the customer’s responsibility and can be costly for bulky equipment; ask us for applicable return-cost information before purchase. See our delivery policy and returns policy for the applicable terms. Your statutory rights are not affected.
