One-year parts-and-labour warranty under the qualifying mainland UK commercial-use option, subject to the warranty conditions. Correct installation, suitable water quality, descaling, cleaning and maintenance are required. Cover can differ in excluded, remote or offshore areas; check with KitchenLynx before ordering. Report faults to KitchenLynx before arranging repairs. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Before you order
Have an authorised, suitably qualified technician review the manufacturer’s installation and user manual and assess the site before ordering. The manual requires professional positioning, electrical connection and installation, even though the appliance uses a 13A supply. Confirm the 230V single-phase supply, suitable protection and isolation, earthing, water connection, drainage and any site-specific backflow protection needed for a compliant installation. A drain pump is included; it is not a mains-water pressure booster.
Test water quality and dynamic pressure before purchase. The manual specifies 2–3.5 bar dynamic inlet pressure and a maximum inlet temperature of 60°C. It requires a water softener above 10°fH (French degrees), with suitable pressure regulation above the specified range and a booster solution below it. Water-treatment equipment, filters, pressure boosters, regulators, plumbing, electrical alterations and installation or commissioning are not included; agree any required equipment and works separately before ordering.
Use the new supplied hoses, provide a water shut-off valve and follow the manual’s drainage arrangement. The pumped drain connection must not exceed the manual’s 680mm maximum height. The installer should set the dosing for suitable commercial glasswasher detergent and rinse aid. Chemicals and a supporting stand are not included. Allow service access, ventilation, door-opening space and additional room for hoses, and confirm the complete delivery route.
The linked model-specific specification gives a larger height and depth than the supplier’s older range guide. Use 430mm width, 485mm depth and 665mm height for planning, with additional service clearances; check the exact fit before ordering into a tight opening.
Read our commercial catering equipment compatibility guide. Contact KitchenLynx with the model and delivery postcode if a manual, connection, access or conformity detail needs confirming before purchase.
Delivery and returns
Standard UK delivery is free at this product price, including standard parcel or pallet delivery to addresses served through our checkout. KitchenLynx absorbs additional supplier charges for standard delivery. Contact us before ordering for remote locations, restricted access or Northern Ireland pallet deliveries so we can check arrangements; this does not change the standard delivery charge.
This is large, heavy commercial equipment. Standard pallet delivery is to an accessible, safe, ground-level kerbside or outside delivery point. Carrying indoors or upstairs, unpacking, positioning, installation, commissioning and disposal are not included. Arrange suitable receiving help and handling equipment, and check the complete access route before ordering. Optional services outside standard delivery are only supplied and priced by separate agreement. Confirm the order-specific delivery estimate before booking installation; next-day delivery is not promised.
Contact KitchenLynx before arranging a return. Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or the law requires otherwise, change-of-mind return transport is the customer’s responsibility and can be costly for bulky equipment; ask us for applicable return-cost information before purchase. See our delivery policy and returns policy for the applicable terms. Your statutory rights are not affected.
