Warranty
One-year parts-and-labour warranty for qualifying locations and commercial use, subject to correct installation, loading, cleaning, maintenance and ambient conditions. Consumables, misuse and food or stock losses are excluded. Report faults to KitchenLynx before arranging repair.
Before you order
GN pans, trays and grids are not included. Confirm the required pan sizes, loading pattern and ventilation clearances in the operating instructions. Rated batch capacity is not a substitute for validating your cooling process and food-safety procedures. Check receiving and handling arrangements for a 170kg appliance; packed dimensions are 860 × 860 × 1830mm. Installation, positioning and any drainage work are separate.

Delivery is for the equipment only. Check the delivery postcode, access route, doorways and receiving arrangements before ordering. Unpacking, positioning, installation, connection, commissioning and disposal are not included unless separately agreed. Standard UK delivery is free at this product price, including standard parcel or pallet delivery to addresses served through our checkout. KitchenLynx absorbs additional supplier charges for standard delivery. Contact us before ordering for remote locations, restricted access or Northern Ireland pallet deliveries so we can check arrangements; this does not change the standard delivery charge. Optional services outside standard delivery are only supplied and priced by separate agreement.
